Perfect location for autumn colours.

The units are equipped with heating facilities. We had a room with private onsen and it was amazing. Breakfast and dinner were quite a spread and delicious. The staff were fantastic! Location is great to access many hikes and near waterfalls. The hotel is just across the lake. Bus stop is also a 2 min walk away.

Really lovely place, rooms have plenty of space, neutral decor, great use of the square meters and giant windows to enjoy nature at your doorstep. Hotel facilities are easy to access, clean and have all amenities you might need. Staff is extremely helpful and their English level is great, which makes a big difference when asking for recommendations or suggestions or quite simply have a conversation upon arrival. Also made use of the massage service in the room, very professional and great massage overall. The system is set up easily so you can enjoy this in your privacy and comfort.

The hospitality was excellent, the rooms clean and beautiful, the hot spring was perfect, and on top of that the food was also well proportioned and delicious. Would stay here again next time we come to Minakami.
