Onsen had indoor , outdoor, hot, cold, lying, sitting, plus sauna. Massage chairs were also free for enjoyment. The location could not be better if you want to walk up to the Kotohiragu. There were lots of shops and eateries along the route.

Location is spectacular. Hotel was clean and rooms were large. Indoor and outdoor Onsen were clean and beautiful. Bonus of a cold plunge also. Service was wonderful and food was outstanding.

For more relaxation, it has a sauna and a games room, while massages can be arranged. The valley is beautiful and the hotel itself looks cozy and authentic. All the facilities were great and the views from rooms and onsens were incredible. All the stuff as well as the owner were very welcoming and courteous. And the owner beautifully sang us local song. Overall it was pleasant and relaxing experience, that we will remember for long. (Would 100% recommend booking a special dinner)
