Exceptional setting surrounded by forest. Simple and high quality design with attention to detail everywhere across the house: materials, lights, blinds, equipment both indoor and outdoor. Staff are very kind. Food is the greatest I have ever had considering the onsen hotels I have stayed before. The view from the room is like traditional Japanese style garden. Very relaxing experience! The manager gave us a ride back to Shuzenji station, and along the way the manager tried to use translator to chat with us. Really nice experience.

Excellent staff service from the moment of arriving, as they helped us with the luggage, to the dining experience. Great food breakfast and dinner half board, sumptuous meal, super full after it, and very cheerful staff. Rooms felt bespoke and beautiful appointments throughout. Highly recommended.

We love the room and the garden with onsen very much. There is a special thing we notice during our stay - it is so elegant to have toilot paper with beautiful lace patterns in the room. I can see that the staffs prepared the stay with care.
