I had such a warm welcome and loved staying here. I didn’t get to try the food but heard amazing things from the other guests staying. the bed was extremely comfortable and cosy and I didn’t want to get up in the morning! shared bathroom was very clean and the shower was lovely and hot. I would definitely stay here again. really huge room too.

The ryokan is managed by a lovely couple, friendly and professional. We were a bit worried about sleeping on a futon since we are not used to it, but luckily here the futon was placed on the top of a mattress, so it was very comfortable! The property is in a great location, close to Nippori station, not far from Ueno area, and in front of a 7-Eleven (open 24/7). We were also able to leave our luggage there after checking out and collect it in the evening. I definitely recommend this place!

The ryokan has family rooms. Great stay! Exactly as described. The location was perfect—very close to Senso-ji Temple and Ueno Park, and the subway access made getting around Tokyo easy. The apartment is compact but has everything you need. The two bedrooms were a good size and the layout is smart and efficient.

The place is within walking distance to convenience stores and subway stations. We definitely would come back to stay here when we visit Japan again.
