Ito Ryokan is ideaal gelegen in de wijk Chuo (Speciale Wijk) in Tokyo, en ligt op 2 minuten lopen van Amazake Yokocho Shopping Street, 400 meter van Genyadana Monument en 6 minuten lopen van Sankatsu... Clean and big room - very traditional old Japanese style Ryokan; exactly what we have been looking for. Great location too. The staff was fantastic, providing us with tips for the neighbourhood and some interesting Japanese coffee jelly. There is free coffee, tea and water as well at all times. Be sure to reserve breakfast at least a day in advance. We missed it and unfortunately could not get a taste of it (though it looked fantastic).

The Edo Sakura is geopend in juni 2013, en beschikt over accommodatie in een Japans herenhuis in Machiya-stijl op 5 minuten wandelen van metrostation Iriya en op 10 minuten wandelen van treinstation... Our japanese room was fantastic - with tatami, futons and yukatas. In the morning I chose the japanese breakfast and it was good decision :) Absolutely perfect, very friendly staff (they stored our luggae during our trip to Kyoto - thank You!) The location of the hotel is really good - close to the metro station and some good restaurants (hidden gems!)

A 2-minute walk from Sendagi Subway Station, Japanese-style hotel Annex Katsutaro Ryokan features rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring and free Wi-Fi internet. Best stay in Japan! The ryokan is managed by a lovely couple, friendly and professional. We were a bit worried about sleeping on a futon since we are not used to it, but luckily here the futon was placed on the top of a mattress, so it was very comfortable! The property is in a great location, close to Nippori station, not far from Ueno area, and in front of a 7-Eleven (open 24/7). We were also able to leave our luggage there after checking out and collect it in the evening. I definitely recommend this place!

Situated in the Asakusa area, Ryokan Asakusa Shigetsu has a history of 70 years. The accommodation boasts a view of the Tokyo Skytree from its Hinoki wood bath. Toplocatie, vlakbij belangrijkste tempel, restaurants en winkels, metro en hop on bus vlakbij. Zeer vriendelijke en gastvrije mensen, zeer mooi ingericht.

寅ホテル 御徒町 TORA HOTEL Okachimachi bevindt zich op 2 minuten lopen van Choen-ji Temple en 300 meter van Tokaku-ji Temple, en heeft kamers met airconditioning en een eigen badkamer in Tokyo. Great stay! Exactly as described. The location was perfect—very close to Senso-ji Temple and Ueno Park, and the subway access made getting around Tokyo easy. The apartment is compact but has everything you need. The two bedrooms were a good size and the layout is smart and efficient.

I do not know where to start, the host is very friendly and very attentive to give you recommendations and help you in whatever you need, the rooms are in traditional style, very clean and comfortable with everything you need to rest (futon, air conditioning, TV, space to accommodate suitcases and clothes), the bathrooms are shared and super clean, you can wash and dry your clothes on site, the neighborhood is quiet and very close to supermarkets, restaurants, Onsen and transportation (both metro and bus).
