My husband and I loved our stay here. I found the room very comfortable albeit a little dated however it was very homely. There were a few little things which prevented me from giving full marks. I think in time things will improve and you can see that there is an effort being made. The restaurant has a wonderful ambience and the service was very good. The food could be improved however. I would go back in a heartbeat.

We arrived a little later in the day after an 11 hour drive and struggled to get a booking in any nearby restaurants; but Anouk at the front desk happily helped by making a phone call for us - we would highly recommend visiting De Hertog Jan Proeverij nearby. - Extremely comfy bed and pillows - we slept SO well. - Generous-sized room and bathroom - Ideal location for visiting the Oorlogsmuesem in Overloon (if you have a car) - Smells of fresh herbs and flowers in all rooms - Amazing value for money!

Great family hotel! The location is surrounded by nature next to a lake with a beach, with trails for walking and biking. There's even a pet farm across the lake. Our 3-person family room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was modern, clean and had bathroom amenities (which many hotels don't provide these days). The breakfast was very nice with a good variety of products. We made use of the indoor swimming pool with our kid and he really enjoyed it. It is also very handy being able to rent electric bikes to explore the area. All the hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Overall a great stay.

We came just a few weeks after a big renovation. The new rooms are nice and clean, the beds are comfy and the bathrooms are spacious and well equipped. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Food all round was good, both evening meal and breakfast. The service from the reception lady on arrival was also good as she was kind enough to provide a small electric heater for our room. Car parking was also good as was the location in relation to the main routes.
