A town that has a lot to offer especially if you are willing to get off the tourist track. Many side alleys with great shops, friendly owners and local customers willing to help. There are multiple places to eat throughout the city, so after you visit the tourist areas take time to find a hidden gem o your own.

It's very easy to navigate Naha. Even though it's challenging since I don't read Japanese very well but with the little that I know I was able to navigate and find my way around. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores to choose from.

The room was great (Small size to be expected) and the price per night was so cheap! The only thing is that you can’t talk as the walls are paper thin and you can’t lock the door so I was a bit worried about my valuables but thankfully they had a lockable drawer for the smaller valuables. The public bath was pretty good and it was nice they replaced the towels each day and gave pjs to wear.

Perfect for two people and you can find everything you need in the unit including umbrella, utensils, cups, slippers, cotton swab, band-aid and everything else. It surprises you with every thoughtful detail when you get in the room. The host is super nice and friendly, we had great communication and the laundry service is free. With such an affordable price, I’ll say this place is 100% excellent and I will definitely come back if I ever visit Okinawa again.
