An amazing public Swimmbad is 5 minutes from the hotel and includes multiple pools (indoor and outdoor), different types of saunas, spa etc.

St Moritz is beautiful and the transport system is excellent.
However it is too expensive, beyond reason. 6CHF for a cup of tea. 9CHF for a bottle of sparkling water.
The best way to eat is to buy something at coop.
For the amount of money going into the economy they could keep their public toilets cleaner.

We only stayed for 1 night to catch the Glacier Express the next day. By the time we checked in and got settled, most points of attraction had closed except shops. Would have liked to arrive earlier in the day to explore. However, our one night stay was quite pricey (probably the most I have ever paid for a room hotel - granted this is St. Moritz at Christmas and we had a “family room” (queen bed room with adjacent room with bunk beds).
However, I fully enjoyed the Glacier Express, even though it was snowy & cloudy. Would love to do it again in the summer!

We went off season so many places were closed but what was open was perfect - a friendly welcome from everywhere we went. The Engadinia restaurant and the Parkhotel Margna in Sils were ideal places to eat. St. Moritz is easy to get around - we walked everywhere.
Great place to visit

It may be a rich man's play ground and the shops and the prices reflect that. It is a pleasant place to stay and the scenery is wonderful, but there are many other places in Switzerland where that is true. We stayed there because we wanted to travel on the Glacier Express and that ride is spectacular. We would not bother with St Moritz in the Summer otherwise.

Great location up in that mountain at 2000 m.
Great location up in that mountain at 2000 m. Superb staff especially Grillo & GIORGIA / very positive experience all together / I would indeed recommend this place to all mountain lovers
Breakfast spread was amazing, very homey! Location is uphill all the way from the train station but we took a cab from station to hotel for CHF25. Restaurants are in walkable distance. Room is suffice, not too small. Stay is comfortable as its clean and has a lift for our heavy luggage! Paid for breakfast for convenience, definitely worth it! We stayed during early Sept so temperature was just nice with opened window at night.
The location is just perfect. The view—incredible. The rooms were simple and lovely. The windows looking out to the Lake were stunning. Michael greeted us with such warmth and was so helpful and kind! Really one of our favorite places. It was much more intimate and real than staying at one of the big resort hotels in St. Moritz. We will definitely go back!
Our third stay at Reine Victoria - I love it even more now, after its renovation. Perfect hotel for a family with young children. Huge family rooms, lovely Kids Club, free access to Ovavera Spa next door, amazing canteen at the Spa with very reasonable prices for Switzerland, great food delivery from a number of different restaurants, great breakfast.
Everything was as it should be in 5 star hotel. Personnel at breakfast was really very helpful and professional especially Bojan, Mario, Jure etc.
Concierge was giving us proper tips for hiking trails and accurate weather forecast.
Valley parking was functioning very well
Lovely 2nd floor room with small balcony overlooking the lake and mountains. Fantastic 360 view from top floor spa & large balcony.
Central city location with valet parking on site.
Choice of 2 restaurants.
High class traditional hotel keeping reasonably up to date.
Good hotel, friendly staff, rooms are good and clean.
The location is really beautiful if you love nature. All local shop/restaurants are quite far. Be ready to walk 30min uphill or pay 40-50 euro to Taxi one side trip.
Rest we really enjoyed staying in the hotel.
The property is very well located in the center of St. Moritz. The room was spacious, very clean and the beds, extremely comfortable. The staff was extremely attentive. The breakfast was delicious and varied: fruits, bread, yogurt, salad, eggs, cheese, juice, etc.
What a fantastic historic hotel! The lobby, the dining area, the restaurant, and the rooms were all amazing. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options. Staff was super friendly when I checked into the hotel and helpful with directions and recommendations.
Loved the old-world style of the hotel after staying at several modern hotels on our trip. Our room #73) had a spectacular view of the lake. The restaurant was quite good for our dinner the first night. Breakfast buffet was very good and plentiful.
Lovely place. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. On the 1st floor you’ll find the Italian restaurant La Stalla, which is a very good option if you don’t want to leave the hotel for dinner. You can book a table at the front desk.
Pleasant hotel with nice restaurant for dinner and breakfast! breakfast selection was limited but it was all good homemade stuffs from sunflower seeds bread, apricot jams, strawberry juice and muesli yogurt! perfect overnight stay!
The staff was very helpful and gave us good advice for the places to visit. The location is also excellent in front of the train station. The food in the hotel restaurant was very good.
The hotel had excellent location, very clean and the restaurant had delicious meals. The decor of the hotel was what I loved most! Had magnificent view of Swiss Alps from the hotel room.
I liked absolutely everything, starting from the reception, comfort, comfort, restaurant, view from the restaurant and finally the location of the hotel! SUPER

The hotel is large and has a swimming pool. the upper floors have elevator access and there is more than one restaurant on site. The reception staff were attentive and friendly.
Amazing breakfast, best location, closeness to great public bath and spa facilities, good restaurants within the hotel and close vicinity, lovely and helpful staff
The location of the hotel was good, the employees were very friendly. The Italian restaurant of the hotel is one of the best in the city. Breakfast was awesome.
The room was clean, very comfortable, with an amazing view of the lake. There were nice touches, like a pair of binoculars. The hotel’s restaurant was superb.
