The hosts were unbelievably friendly and hospitable. Always welcomed me with a smile and asked if I wanted anything.
The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was bespoke and with everything I needed. The A/C was really good and the TV great in front of 2 comfortable chairs. Internet was fast enough to stream Movies and TV.
Lastly the view was terrific.
Great place to stay.
I will return.

Charming small town, slightly off the tourist beaten track, this isn’t a bad thing! Plenty of temples to visit. Relatively easy to walk to all the main sights. People are very friendly. Some lovely places to eat in the town. There is a rooftop bar at one of the hostels which is a real hidden gem.

You don’t need more than 2 days here.
You don’t need more than 2 days here. We took the train from Bangkok and arrived around 3pm. Checked into our hotel and hung out. Then the next day we did a full day tour which our host set up for us and then we left the following day. It was the right amount of time because there’s not that much to do here.

I take photographs of wildlife, monkeys and monks, temples and people. So Phetchaburi kept me occupied for 16 days - I can't understand why so few people get off the train. It is just the right size to walk around, although Thanyachatra is just off a busy road that is not very easy to cross (but no traffic nose at the hotel). The locals are wonderful and once they had got used to seeing me around, I found that those who spoke English were keen to chat and helpful. The town is full of wonderful schools and happy, smiling and beautifully turned out children and teenagers.
Very nice and clean property in Phetchaburi, close to the temples and town centre. The bed was really comfy. We had our own little balcony with a nice view. We were given free water and fresh towels every day. The host was so welcoming and kind, we would definitely come back here. She organised Tuctucs for us and helped planning our onwards travels to Bangkok. When we wanted to rent a motorbike, she called someone that brought us one right to the doorstep. The roof terrace is a major plus.
This is one of the most beautiful places I’ve visited. Situated close to the beach, away from the noisy center of Hua Hin.
Brand new and with a wonderful architecture, every detail is thought of, both in the rooms, the common areas and not at least outside. There are so many small architectural details you will enjoy, the food is excellent and a very, very nice staff.
If a place deserves 10 out of 10, this is the place!
For sure the best guesthouse in Phetchaburi. Nisa is a very sympathetic, helpful and adorable host. She provides many insights about the surroundings, has some great recommandations, and also helped with the transportation. The rooms are confortable, the breakfast is scrumptious, the area is calm and quiet and you can use the bikes to go around - there is a delicious night market nearby! Highly recommended.
I came to Phetchburi out of curiosity and I fell in love. it's s a very old-thailand style, there are beautiful caves and mountains to explore. This is Best Hostel to stay in, the hosts are very very helpful, recommending places to eat or to go explore. It's also near Phranakhonkhiri which is the most amazing park I've ever seen and Wat Mahatat, which is the most beautiful temple in the whole Thailand.
Very, very comfortable and very clean.
Everything seemed quite new. Breakfast is delivered to your door, and this is the first place I've stayed with a properly hot shower! Lovely staff who even gave me an unasked for lift to the train station in the morning.
The hotel is basically a beautiful villa with garden. It has an old european style architecture, which gives the place a stylish and relaxed atmosphere. The facilities in our room (the one located near the river) and bath room were O.K.
Nice large, modern room with comfortable bed, fridge and hot shower in quiet soi location.
Small shopping mall nearby with good food and supermarket options.
Convenient for local sights, bus and rail stations.
The staff are so awesome. The nicest people so far on my trip. So helpful. Borrowing bikes and riding around town to the summer palace and the caves was really nice and relaxing after time spent in Bangkok.
Fabulous hotel. Really comfortable clean rooms. Lovely friendly and welcoming lady, who ordered us a taxi to go to Phetchaburi. Coffee and basic breakfast included. Good air con.
Location, not too far from city center, surrounded with many places to visit. Very friendly and informative staff. Good rooftop view. And free bicycle rental for guests.
location is in walking distance to tourist attractions, staff is very nice, polite with good recommendation for local food and a must to do in this area.
