Our stay at the Inn was exactly what we needed. We were walking distance from everything in Charlottetown and we didn't even have to leave the property for our breakfast. We had fresh fruit and the best french toast.

We absolutely love Charlottetown! There are many great restaurants and pubs; some down by the waterfront that are some of the best!! The Olde Dublin Pub, 131 Sydney Street, Charlottetown is energetic and exciting; young and enthusiastic and we are semi-retired and really enjoyed it. The background music could make you want to get up and dance. It really is one of the best places to go for an evening. Cost of food was as normal as it is in most other restaurants. We loved every minute of it.

This was my second trip to Charlottetown.
This was my second trip to Charlottetown. The first was many years ago. The city is abundantly interesting, with both older and newer buildings. The older ones are far more interesting. It has a very historic sense and feel about it. And of course, it is right on the atlantic, which makes it vastly more interesting. We went out there for the Anne of Green Gables tour and attractions, and even though you could see them easily within a day, they did not disappoint. People were generally quite down to earth and friendly.

I love this beautiful little city.
I love this beautiful little city. Everything if you like to walk, is within walking distance. There is so much to offer. The intertainment is bar none, the music, food, history. And don't forget the theater. I am never disappointed when I visit. I go back each year.

Charlottetown is beautiful.
Charlottetown is beautiful. The Main Street leading down to the waterfront has many restaurants and stores. It is a very walkable area. Getting around to see everything was easy. Even driving to see the rest of Prince Edward Island was a breeze. The people wherever we went were extremely friendly and helpful.

Great food, great people, lots to see & do. Something for everyone. Shopping is great. Local artists talents are amazing. Very easy to navigate through the city, can see so much walking around.
Must see/do: Victoria row, excellent food, great live entertainment.
We liked everything about our stay at No 1 Grafton Inn! Would definitely reccommend. Excellent management. Owned by a very hospitable family who take their job very seriously.
Our room was exceptionally clean. TV had Netflix. Breakfast was delicious! Inn is located on a street with other old-fashioned Inns. Situated close to the water while also being downtown. A special place to stay if you want to explore Charlottetown.

The location is great, right in the middle of Downtown Charlottetown. The hotel itself is really nice, has a modern feeling, it's in great shape. Even though the bedroom is quite small, it was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern, with a great shower. Since there is no TV, we brought our laptop to stream using the hotel wi-fi, which was good enough.
The breakfast was excellent, I haven't experienced that much selection at a hotel breakfast in a long time. The owners were very friendly and accommodating, I can tell they put a lot of time and love into the hotel. I really enjoyed the PEI decor in my room and shared spaces. It was in a nice location - close to everything downtown but not on a noisy street.
Excellent downtown hotel. Classic decor which makes a very pleasant change from many corporate hotels. Good room, slightly small bathroom, good breakfast and dinner (poorly attended by residents which is surprising as so many downtown restaurants were only accepting ‘walk ins’ when we made phone enquiries. Free parking on site
Centrally located and within walking distance to Charlottetown. Although the hotel has 21 rooms hot cooked breakfast and breakfast service was great. Enough parking spaces behind the building. We booked a budget room which was small as expected but all needed amenities were in the room. Although centrally located it was quiet.
Different style of hotel which we really liked. It was just a 2 min walk to Victoria St where most of the restaurants we went to was. We basically walked to any locations around downtown. Breakfast was neat as well. Staff was extremely friendly and a place we would def recommend.
Hanna was wonderful. She reached out to me before we checked in to make sure she was ready for us. It’s a very easy walk to get to downtown Charlottetown. The bed and breakfast is very charming as the name implies!
Jason and the staff were very warm and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent with a large variety of choices and the location was near everything that we needed in the downtown area of Charlottetown.
Everything was fabulous David & Helen are wonderful hosts

Clean, comfortable room in a gorgeous historic building. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great location from which to walk to Charlottetown’s downtown and waterfront.
I was very pleased with this room. Excellent location; very clean; very comfortable bed. I will stay here any time I go to Charlottetown, and I highly recommend this hotel.
Friendly helpful hostess, spacious comfortable room and ideal location for walking downtown Charlottetown. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good overnight stop.
