Room was wonderful, we had a Suite. Dinner with wife, sister-in-law and husband was wonderful. Staff well trained, attentive, friendly and professional.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and quantity of the breakfast. We stayed two nights so took advantage of the breakfast twice. I particularly enjoyed the coffee, bacon, cinnamon buns and pancakes. The eggs were a bit overcooked so did not enjoy them as much. The eating area was clean and bright and the staff very attentive to everyone's needs.
The pool was a great place to exercise and relax at the end of each day.
An outdoor swimming pool and an on-site restaurant are featured at this Niagara on the Lake property. Free Wi-Fi is offered in all areas.

By far one of the prettiest towns I have ever stayed in and a perfect location to visit Niagara Falls. Plenty of restaurants, shops, and bakeries. Right on Lake Ontario. Loads of vineyards within the area. Will be back.

Many pubs do not take reservations - best to check ahead.
Many pubs do not take reservations - best to check ahead. Lots of tourists and locals - so if there is music - know it may be hard to get into a place for a quick bite to eat. The app for parking near down town is fantastic.

I love it! It is such a quaint little town.
I love it! It is such a quaint little town. I would love to visit during other seasons. We stayed in winter, it was a bit rainy and foggy but absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed the afternoon tea at the hotel. What a wonderful experience! We also ate at the Irish Harp across the street from the hotel. It was delicious! I would definitely recommend both of those.

Just an absolutely wonderful place to visit for the theater, food, shopping, walking, and overall atmosphere. The Irish Harp and Angel Inn are great places for food, a pint, and music. Shaw Festival productions are the equal of any Broadway show. In the middle of Canadian Wine Country. We visit from the Finger Lakes in NYS at least once a year.

Great place to visit, we actually make it a yearly event.
Great place to visit, we actually make it a yearly event. From the hotel, everything you need is only a short walk from the door ! If you want a more elegant setting, the hotel dining area is for you. If you want to rub elbows with the locals, there are plenty of restaurants & dinners close by. The Shaw Theater is a five-minute walk from here, and the Royal George Theater is six minutes away. All in all, it's a great place to visit at any time of year !

Niagara on the Lake is a beautiful, romantic little village that is vibrant and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed the shopping, theatre, restaurants, and took advantage of the warm weather with a nice long walk along the water's edge and checking out the historical landmarks along the way!

We were in town to see the falls and visit the shops in Niagara-on-the-Lake. We did not want to stay in the Casino/Clifton Hill area as we preferred something quieter and more sedate, and the “classic” hotels in Niagara-on-the-Lake were way too expensive and booked up. Staybridge proved to be the perfect solution. Clean and comfortable and within easy distance from the things we wanted to see and at a comparably moderate price. No it wasn’t right by the sights but we were completely happy with the experience and got good rest.
Upper Canada Coach House is a lovely B&B, set back a few blocks from the more commercial part of the village in a lovely residential area. The house and grounds are beautifully maintained. We traveled with two other couples, booking all three rooms - they were spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. The breakfasts were delicious, and our hosts Tony and Bonnie were very friendly, charming and accommodating. We've stayed in many B&Bs and inns in Niagara-on-the-Lake over the years and this one is our favorite!
We are always treated like royalty at this hotel. The staff are excellent and listen to our needs if we need anything at any time of the day. We also loved the location close to everything meaning restaurants, bakery, parks, the beautiful garden near PIllar and Post, Gas station 1/2 block from the hotel. The two beds in the room was also another feature as most hotels in NOTL have only one bed. Would give the hotel a 12 if they had such a thing on the survey. +++
It was awesome .We stayed with two other couples in the cottage. I had just had surgery on my leg so the special needs accessibility was perfect. The ramp was easy to get in and out of the car. The parking lot in back was great so no one had to park on street. The winery trails were less than a half of mile from house . I rented a electric scooter down the street and was able to get down town from house very easily. Enough towels to accommodate our crew
The breakfasts prepared by our hosts were exceptional, the best we've had anywhere on our travels. Each item was freshly prepared and served by the hosts; the offerings were delicious and plentiful. The "main" courses, ordered by the guests the night before, were hot and filling. Great coffee and teas were available all day. We stayed for two nights, taking day trips into town and the falls. Rooms were large and decorated decorated tastefully.
Conveniently located in a quiet area across from the Niagara teaching winery and walking distance from the mall, this is a great option for big or small groups because each unit has 2 private rooms. Friendly staff, full size refrigerator, table and chairs in common area. Towels and soap provided. Great value.
Victorian charm in the quaint town of Niagara on the Lake. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Perfect position for local exploring and an easy drive along quiet roads to Niagara Falls and surrounding attractions. Go for a bicycle tour of the local vineyards and taste some great Canadian wine.
The property was a convenient 10-15 minute drive to the Clifton Hill area and the Falls.
The hotel staff were friendly, helpful answering questions, etc. The hotel was very clean and morning breakfast was good. The staff overseeing the breakfast kept area clean and were also very friendly.
The location made it easy to explore the town. Covid measures were carefully followed, the staff were nice and helpful. Parking was much easier to manage compared to many other hotels we stayed at - you just park where a spot is available.
Absolutely the best place we could have stayed on our trip. The breakfast was phenomenal, and so was our room. I don’t think any other bed and breakfast can compare to this place. Absolutely would stay here if we visit Canada again.
Very welcoming and clean property. Owner was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Located in a prime spot. Winery's and downtown are very easy to get too from the location.
Very good. Location didn't help in middle of road construction and road closures, so hard to navigate to head in Niagara Falls direction. But that isn't the hotels fault.
Great location to get to both Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls. Staff were super friendly and great hotel shop. Rooms were fine and pool was nice.
Conveniently located to downtown. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Parking was easy and the hotel was well furnished and trendy in a good way.
