They have a great hospitality and the location is also great! We could ride a SAP at a beach in front of the hotel. The sunset and stars were amazing. Thank you very much!

We loved our stay here and all the staff were so lovely! The food they make is delicious and reasonable priced. We did 2 of the tours the offered to Black Island and Pass island which we really enjoyed. They also picked us up from the airport and dropped us back off which was very helpful. Sunset was amazing from our room!

Can’t go wrong with this one. It was a last minute decision for us. Stayed 5 nights and it was the best possible choice we could have made. The Manageress Mam Rap was very responsive, friendly and professional. She didn’t hesitate to resolve any of our various requests from needing to get toothpaste to after- sun cream. Her team was so helpful and made us feel very welcome and cared for. The location is excellent. It’s private, with insanely beautiful views and so much to do!! If you don’t want to adventure, then cocktails by the pool or bar or restaurant are all set up beautifully for lounging with stunning scenery of the cove. Our waiter Alan served us for a private romantic dinner and also hiked our food up to the cabin for room service multiple times with a big smile :) and lastly our wonderful Guide JR made for the most adventurous and safe excursions diving and hiking and paddle boarding. Please do check him out. Friendly, energetic and knowledgeable. The team at MDS are really excellent and it was very hard for us to leave. Thank you so much xxx

This was our first stop on a three week adventure and we are so pleased to have found it. The meals were exceptional, and had a good variety. We stayed 5 days in April and found that it was a nice amount of time for the visit. The staff assisted us to arrange two outings, and again - they were the the best snorkeling adventures on our whole trip to the Philippines. The Coral Gardens was the best underwater experience of my life - don't miss it - it made all other snorkeling experiences in El Nido to be just.... Mehhh in comparison! We found that one outing with a rest day between allowed us to see the area and to feel quite relaxed. Also took the kayak out for a little paddle through the mangroves. Grateful my partner has a good sense of direction as I would have been lost.
We stayed in the hobbit house and enjoyed the AC! We as visitors must be understanding that water is brought in, so conservation is our responsibility too. I was nervous about drinking water on this trip, but didn't have any problems with the water provided. I also requested a massage, which was arranged and took place in one of the tree house platforms. It was a very lovely experience. I would highly recommend staying here, especially for those who appreciate nature, and those who enjoy a glamping type experience. They set the bar high for the rest of our vacation.

I dont know why everyone goes to crowded Coron island while huge wild beautiful Busuanga is near. Its very big island, better to rent a motorbike to discover it. A lot of things to do, islands, giraffes, diving, beaches.

We liked Busuanga because it was relatively untouched by tourism. Where we stayed at Ocam Ocam there was a rural village community living along the beach. They were friendly and helpful and there was one restobar on the beach. The beach wasn't busy - had a very relaxed feel. It would have been a drive to the nearest town but we liked being away from it all. The beach at Ocam Ocam was gorgeous, though not for swimming as it had a long shallow reef out to the sea. We didn't see a lot of Busuanga as a whole but it felt equally relaxed and rural away from big towns.

The resort location is beautiful and the landscape simply stunning! Its a great spot for relaxing during the day, the kayaks and paddle boarding were a nice afternoon activity, although it was a shame the jet ski was out of action the whole 5 days we were there!
I would recommend the day trip to the private island - ideal.
Disliked · We went over CNY and were hoping to have some more variety with options for food - the resort is located 45 mins from Coron town and was an expensive excursion (we paid $60USD in taxi's to go out for breakfast one day because the one menu at the hotel had exhausted our appetite) I would suggest more evening entertainment too - to add to the atmosphere, a playlist or a live band that lasts longer than 10 minutes, something classy and relaxing.
The food was a real disappointment, I felt like I was eating a children's menu all weekend not paying children's prices.
The rooms were lovely and big, although a little sparse on luxury based on the rating and cost.
The pool and water activities are great though, although it was a shame the jet ski was out of action all weekend!
