Resort itself is very nice, large pools and a lot of activities. Good food in A la carte restaurants, unfortunately the hotel has some restrictions considering how many times you can go to A la carte restaurant (once a week) even if you have all inclusive package. Otherwise you need to go to buffet.
Staff in restaurants were very nice and kind.

Gennadi is an adorable small village featuring a handful of delightful restaurants, a bakery, and a small grocery store. It enjoys a convenient location, with short driving distances to neighboring villages and cities – just 10 minutes to Kiotari and 30 minutes to Lindos. The journey to Rhodes Old Town takes approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes by car. If you prefer tranquil, less touristy destinations, Gennadi is an excellent choice.

Best beaches in the whole of Rhodes.
Best beaches in the whole of Rhodes. Since the winds are usually blowing from north/west and Gennadi is situated on the southeast coast the place is less windy. The beach is really long and has pebbles, so you don't get sand everywhere.
There is a really nice beach front bar/restaurant called Sposa del Sol. Their signature drink Sposa del Sol is super good. They have beach front sunbeds and sofas for their clients.
Along the beach there is also another really nice restaurant Klimis, with nice homemade food. Best fried vegetables are found here.
In the village of Gennadi there are a lot of very good restaurants. At least Mama and Zorbas have superb Greek traditional foods. I am sure there are many more good ones also, we just did not have time to visit them all.
Gennadi is cheaper and more genuine than the old town of Rhodes and Lindos, and it is a more tranquil place.
One of the nicest places that we have visited in Greece.
It is recommended to rent a car - it will give you so much more freedom and easy. But there is also a bus.

A large village / small town with a good selection of bars, restaurants, a green grocer, excellent bakery, and reasonable supermarket. South of here, things become increasingly spartan, whilst northwards they are increasingly touristy, so strikes a good balance between practicality and traditional feel.
Set back about 250m from the beach, with some very nice properties available to rent, some with pools.
Has a good local feel to it, with plenty of local people around, not just tourists.
Food prices generally good - a large, whole, grilled fish for 18 euros at Zorba's Tavern, for example, or a very fat gyros with pork for 3 euros at Bessa's Corner. Some restaurants push Italian pizza and pasta as well as Greek traditions, with one or two feeling more traditional (e.g. goat stew or excellent moussaka at Sergio's Old Times). Some offer take out and delivery service too if you are outside the village (e.g. Bessa's Corner can deliver all sorts of grills and gyros).
At the back of the village is a small church, with a pleasant walk through a green way to the graveyard and valley behind.
Bus stop by the pharmacy on the main road, with easy access to Lindos (2.70 one way), Rhodes (7.20 one way) and other places. Car and scooter hire available in the village itself too.

We love Gennadi. It has some lovely restuarants .
We love Gennadi. It has some lovely restuarants . Fully recommend going to Mammas but you need to book as gets very busy, food is great. The town itself is very pretty and at night they close down the main street and all the restaurants bring their tables out. Greek dance happens at night in the street also. Gennadi has everything you need a small supermarket, bakery, greengrocers and is very close to the beach. The beach is very pebbley so take some beach shoes with you

Gennadi is a lively little place and as yet not over developed. The village is friendly, charming and has everything you need for a week self catering.
Highly recommend restaurants in Gennadi - Mana’s Kitchen and Zorbas. For ice cream and sweet treats go to the South Bakery.
I’d recommend visiting both Rhodes Town and Lindos (the bus stop is 1 minute from the property).
The beach is shingle and pebbles. It is a wide ‘bay’ but we preferred to use our pool rather than go to the beach.

Gennadi is a lovely village to visit.
Gennadi is a lovely village to visit. Tourists are well catered for but the village is not overly touristy which is a plus. There is a good, cheap bus service to Lindos and Rhodes Town although this is much slower than driving. Ginnardi has a gorgeous beach which is very quiet but with some tavernas, a beach bar and sun loungers available. It exceeded my expectations
We liked everything! Stefanos is a great host and really takes care of all details throughout the stay.
Villa is amazing - everything is brand new, spacious rooms and all the facilities inside and outside that you need. Located near the main road - but that does not disturb at all as house is a bit up on a hill.
5min drive to Gennadi center. 20min drive to Prasonisi beach.
there is a beach bar with restaurant right across the road.
Definitely recommended to stay here - a real gem in terms of quality of service and facilities!
This place is much better than any picture here. A farm life inside the nature, near to sea side with an amazing kitchen. I had best food and best wine pairings and cocktails during two amazing days. I wish I would stay longer to try all food and drink on the menu.
Hosts and all staff are very nice people, always smiling, always positive.
Clean sea, service on the beach
Balcony with sea view and sunrise view
I took beautiful pictures around the place.
Cant finish without saying, open air gym hits me different.
The location was just steps away from the beach. Was very private, lovely pool and outside space. The host was attentive to when we needed assistance / something sorting and he and his family brought us provisions from their garden and even fresh fish they had caught! He even gave us a lift into Gennadi so we could all enjoy a meal without driving. The villa was even better than we expected as there were 2 double bedrooms that were separated by a door so each couple had privacy.
Location is amazing!!! Just across from a beach with the most beautiful water and beach side restaurants with great food. The couple running the place are very friendly and accommodating. The room was very tastefully designed, great size room, very comfortable. Balcony offered a view of the beach. This was my favourite place to stay on our Greece trip that included Athens, Rhodes city, santorini and Naxos.
Very happy with the property. Good value for money. We loved that we had a private pool which was only shared between the 6 apartments of the property. Good size room and bathroom. Parking next to the property under the pergola was perfect for the summer. Very quite at night and you can enjoy a swim as well. The place is very close to other very nice villages of Rhodes and close to very nice beaches.
Location: I love it that the Villa is not located near Rhodes city and Lindos. We had a Car and the atmosphere was great.
Also, the 1 min drive nearby village (Gennadi), has all you need (restaurants, bakery, supermarket, fruits & vegetables ). which was cheaper than the tourist places and was more authentic.
Facilities: Full Kitchen, 2 Bathroom/Shower, Pool, relax area
The open plan element of the resort and amount of space around the resort , the rooms were clean and well designed. The staff were friendly. Beach was lovely and not that many people used it so felt very private. The food selection was good. The rooms were clean, the swim up pools were great. Overall great for families , couples , and all round a good place to go.
Villa has all the necessary facilities for a good and safe rest. Almost private beach with private sunbeds in few steps. Large BBQ zone with a nice and clean pool. A lot of restaurants and cafes nearby (5 minutes by car). I spent there a wonderful vacation with my family Hope we will come back next year. Thanks to Pantelis and Christos for their great service.
Wonderful holiday at Amphitrite Villa. The villa had top-of-the-range specifications and facilities inside and outside. We had a great time around the pool and enjoyed it very much. Plenty to do in the local area with great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The nearest beach is also just 200 meters from the villa. We will come back!
Hotel has a tranquil, unique and close to nature feel. It's right next to a pebble beach with free sun beds and almost no other people anywhere (this was october). Food is served outside and the setting was really nice. It is possible to walk to a nearby not so touristic village with some restaurant options and a supermarket.
A wonderful stay in just a new brand resort in the South of Rhodes. The sea in front of the hotel is awarded with blue flag for its clean water. The staff was very helpful and polite and the breakfast was absolutely fabulous! We will be back in our next trip to Rhodes for more days in order to use the awarded SPA!
The hotel's minimalist design created an atmosphere of simplicity and tranquillity. The clean lines, neutral colour palette, and thoughtfully curated decor provided a serene environment for guests to unwind. Overall, was a great experience which I would love to repeat it again next summer!
Everything.
We were there for a kitesurf holiday it is 23 minutes from Prasonisi.
The apartment was amazing very clean, new and confortable.
It is 3 minutes by car from Gennadi village a very nice village.
We really enjoy our stay and for sure come back there.
The personal was very kind.
The owner was very friendly and the beach was wonderful. There were 2 patios and the villa and its garden were spacious. The beds were comfortable, and the villa was clean. Christos was very responsive, and he helped us with all our needs.
We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Melilia. It's brand new, the aria is very quiet, 250 m from the closest beach. The village Gennadi, with a lot of incredible Greek tavernas, is only 5 min drive.
Great location near to the beach, beautifull pool and house with all necessary equipment. We enjoyed the welcome box with some food. Two terraces - we allways find a shade to relax in.
It is a budget hotel in a great location in Gennadi town / village. Close to everything but still quiet. The staff and owner were very nice. Good wifi.
