We highly recommend this accommodation! The rooms are clean, offering all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay. Decent Wi-Fi. Functional AC. I also really appreciated the wonderful view we had from the balcony. The property is located in a quiet area, but still close to the beach and the main tourist attractions of Ksamil (by car). In the courtyard of the location there is a mini-market where you can buy water, iced juice, vegetables...the strictly necessary in case of need. Parking can be done right in front of the property. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The courtyard of the villa is beautifully landscaped, with a green space.

Clean and spacious apartment. Quiet area, 12-15min walk away from the beaches. Nice and friendly owners, easy communication. Good choice as other accommodations close to the beaches can be very loud due to the music played at hundreds of places. So we enjoyed the calmness of the chosen apartment:-)

Great location, close to most beaches and restaurants in Ksamil, professional and very wellcoming hosts! Very clean, big rooms, modern, spacious terrace, kitchen equipped with all you need to cook for yourself. Free wi fi and parking. We even got home made surprise pie, delicious! Ksamil is perfect. We spent there 4 lovely days. Villa Anhel is located near the beach and the centre. Which is why we have everything we need nearby. We use public transport to get to the Butrint Cyty and to Sarranda also. It’s also neably and cost only 100 lek. The owner family are living in this place on the fist floor, so if you need something he helps in any situation.
