Accomodation was perfect, in the city center, looking to the mointains slope and ond on a street heading to a waterfall! The town offers a mixture of nice restaurants and cafes in the same time being in the heart of Stara Planina so one always can take a walk in the mountains. Tasty local food! The appartment enjoys all necessary facilities, TV in every room, sofisticated lights, a dish washer.

Awesome apartment, very well furnished and comfortable. Good location next to a park and baths. We had compliments from the owner which was very sweet. Also no problem with a late check in and we were greeted with an umbrella due to heavy rain!

The apartment was spotless and felt brand new, with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal—close to the city center and perfect for exploring the area. You won't find another property like this - the hospitality is remarkable, and my stay felt more like an experience than mere accommodation. The apartment itself is very large, with two bedrooms and a comfortable living room and fully equipped kitchen - absolutely everything you could need (I was even able to do washing). Beautifully finished and spotlessly clean, with both heating and AC, and with really thoughtful touches everywhere. Breakfast in the morning - served delicious and warm - is brought to your door. The property sits on the edge of Karlovo, with a Kaufland in walkable distance, on an extended complex where the owners grow much of their own produce and raise animals. Behind, the mountains tower in the background and access to them is straight out of the door. But the biggest part of the stay was meeting the owners and spending time with them and their family - generous, hilarious and knowledgeable in equal measure. Whilst the apartment is self-contained and I could have remained entirely private if I'd wanted to, I was lucky to be able to spend time with them and find out more about their life in Bulgaria, and it became a highlight of my two-month, five country trip!

The location was very good, the apartment is nice and spacious and has multiple appliances. The owner was friendly and accommodating and we could checkout ourselves which was important since we didn't know exactly at what time we would leave. There was info about the town and surrounding countryside and also some books and magazines.
