I had the best experience , the owner is no polite and polite , always there if we need anything , the apartement is soo clean and comftable too , for anyone coming Hangzhou , i recommand this place , you will never regret it , my next trip for sure i will stay in this Aparthotel again .

The room is spacious, big enough for our family to stay. The staff is very warm welcoming and supportive, I gave feedback that some marks in the fridge, the staff then sent a cleaner to clean it, quick response. I also like the mountain view from my room.

Location was good. Not too far from the West Lake. There were also night markets that was just downstairs and convenient for a flavour of the night market scene in Hangzhou. You can see the brillant sunset of Hangzhou from the living room.
