Where do i need to start... This stay felt like coming home and being on a family visit. Abeer and Austin gave me a very warm welcome. The location of the place is great and close walk to the train station / bus. I received honest and good info regarding my trip. I got a room downstairs. It was completly like on the pictures. Clean, big and silent. If you visit Luxor there is no other place to stay. I wish Abeer and Austin all the very best.

This is the best hotel if you are planning to stay in Luxor. The owner Mr.Abu Saif, is a kind person, and their hospitality was top-notch. Mr.Bassam was also very kind and helped us to understand the eco-friendly location. It is situated in the midst of the farming field. It was calm and serene. There is so much stuff to explore in this beautiful hotel. Especially the food was delicious. Worth to stay here, and we are looking forward to visiting once again.

One of the best best stays I've ever had. Staff is very helpfull and accomodating. The place is clean, modern, silent and apartments are big and comfortable. You can book drivers to visit Luxor sites straight at the hotel for a decent price.

This is by far the BEST stay we have for our 2 weeks Egypt vacation, and we can say this is the BEST stay among the places we have been around the world. There is no words to describe how grateful we are to be hosted by genuine brothers, Mohamed and Mahmoud, brothers. We were treated like QUEENS. We were taken care of the moment we stepped into Luxor. They helped us with everything since we booked this palace. They arranged the Best Tour with the Best Egyptologist, Mo, that we had the greatest time exploring Dendara temple, Luxor and Karnak Temple, Valley of the Kings, and etc. The SUNSET DINNER ON THE NILE WAS UNFORGETABLE. Their mother cook for our breakfast and dinner were soooo DELICIOUS. WE ARE VERY HAPPPY!!!!! WE WILL COME BACK TO THIS PALACE.. PLEASE BOOK THIS PALACE.. I've never written a long review. I wrote this with ALL my heart..

If you want to have the absolute best stay in Luxor, you have to stay at Momo’s Rose Villa. We are a family with two girls aged 15 and 19 and we stayed at the villa for 3 nights. The villa itself is really amazing. Not only does it have a lot of space, it is also equipped with everything you need. It is very clean and has a lovely feel to it to walk on barefoot, which I like a lot. It has a beautiful garden with so many flowers and a really nice pool, equipped with sunbeds and a nice lawn to play on or lie in the sun. Even a lovely seat to drink your coffee early in the morning. A little present for the girls: Momo has a really sweet cat (Mimi) which had three little kittens at the time we had our stay. My girls named the kittens Ramses (red one because he was the most playful), Isis (black one, because Isis is the goddess of magic), Cleo (from Cleopatra because she was the most beautiful). Momo is a really terrific host, so very, very kind with this fantastic positive vibe we really loved. You can reach him any time of the day and he helps you with everything you need. He absolutely makes sure that you lack nothing. He even wants to take you on his sailing boat for a small price to see the sunset from the Nile. (Unfortunately, we missed that one because a sandstorm was announced). Even though the temple of Luxor is on the other side of the Nile, you can get there by boat in 5 minutes, which Momo arranges for you or he takes you himself. Rose Villa is, without a doubt, the best place to stay in this area if you do want to see and feel the real life of the Egyptians but in the meanwhile stay in a clean and luxurious villa. We really, really loved it!!!

Me and my friend had a great stay at nefertarie guest house. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Ibrahim took us to the valley of the kings area which was amazing experience. They also prepared a delicious breakfast. Highly recommended!

Great accommodation right next to the Nille. The pool and views from the rooftop are absolutely amazing. Overall facilities are great and Mohammed is a great host. Would give it a 13/10. P.S. don't visit the Collosi of Memnon in the evening or night, the lights are not that great and you can't see the magnificent structures to well
