The apartment was spotless and central to all the local amenities in the Puerto de Mazarrón. The touches including bottled water, cake, tea and coffee were very welcome on arrival. The iron, hairdryer and other cleaning equipment were all new and still in their boxes. The glasses and table wear in a seaside theme were a good touch. Well presented and equipped apartment and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Fabio's apartment is a lovely place to stay. It is in a beautiful compound with a swimming pool. It is also close to the beach. We were greeted by the lovely Mrs Caridad and we were looked after by her and Fabio throughout our stay. We highly recommend the place to stay..

We booked this last minute and the host Juan was extremely accommodating. He came and met us to show us around and the apartment. The apartment is very stylish and modern to a high spec with everything we needed. -Large powerful shower in bathroom -Lovely walk in Wardrobe -Bed was so comfortable -Aircon was great as the weather has been so hot -Pull out comfy sofa in living room -A new washing machine and drying rack -Nice big fridge freezer -Everything you needed in the kitchen-new pans ect -Airfryer which was really handy -coffee machine -Iron and hairdryer in bed room draw Will defo be back as had such a great stay and it’s a ideal location.

we did not stay left the same afternoon The apartment was clean but the terrace door did not opening properly and the handle was broken so you could not lock the door The apartment is on the first floor at the back above restaurants the direct view below is a rubbish area and at least 8-9 cats waiting for food also the noise of the restaurant kitchen is quite noisy

Great location right by the beach, the harbour and a good choice of cafes and restaurants. Very good Dia supermarket a few minutes walk away. Very clean, marble throughout. Spacious lounge and kitchen with very good fridge and cooker. Excellent large bed, good window blinds, good WIFI (though no TV stations in English) Complementary Cava and water on arrival. Overall very comfortable and a perfect location.

The apartment was impeccably clean and well-presented. There was information about everything in the apartment in a handy folder just inside the front door. There was plenty of equipment for cooking etc. in the kitchen and a really good TV in the living area. A really quiet street with no traffic noise. We were able to unload our car outside the property and park close by.

Amazing apartment with sea views. Super clean and with the bonus of a fully fitted kitchen with all the equipment. Including a coffee machine. Belen an the rest of the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Can’t wait to go back.
