The house was like a fairytale. There is everything you need in the house, even a hot water bottle! There were fresh flowers in vase on the table. I couldnt believe how beautiful the house and surrouding area was. We didnt want to come back.

This is the first place in The UK that I could easily say I felt at home. The apartment is fully equipped with all that you might wish. The place was really clean and cosy for a person from the continent /you know what I mean :) /. See you next time when we'll give us much more time to visit the splendid distilleries in Speyside. Lovely, newly renovated cottage in a great location. Tastefully and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, and there is a great shower in the bathroom. The garden and outside deck overlook the Packhorse Bridge, and we enjoyed sitting outside on the one sunny day we had during our stay. It is very convenient as a base for exploring the Speyside whisky distilleries. For eating out, we can recommend The Croft Inn for authentic Thai cooking by chef Nat (a five minute drive from Bridge Cottage); also, The Mash Tun in Aberlour. Carolyn and Koos, our hosts, were extremely welcoming and helpful. I can highly recommend Bridge Cottage.

The magnificent location and calm setting make this cottage a beautiful and peaceful retreat. It's very well equipped, and we were even greeted with home-made bread and jam. Can't recommend it enough.
