Amazing stay in Georgia! We had a fantastic experience staying at this comfortable house in Georgia! From the moment we booked it, the owner was helpful and incredible! His father took us from the airport and was our tour guide. The place felt like a home away from home. We felt welcome, offering helpful tips and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect-close to local attractions, but still quiet enough to relax in peace. The space itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped. As it was birthday trip, my sister organized through the owner a platter full of nice and delicious treats, balloons and gorgeous cake. The outdoor area was a highlight, offering beautiful views and a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. We also felt very safe and secure during our stay. Overall, this was a great choice for our trip to Georgia, and we'd absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient place to stay!

It was a fun experience and they were nice people. I met my mother, father, grandfather and grandmother and I felt like I was in my grandfather's house. The place was clean, tidy and more beautiful than the pictures. Everything was excellent. The food was delicious and clean. The place was equipped with everything you need and everything was clean. The views were breathtaking. It was a unique experience and the owner of the cabin was a very nice and very cooperative person. I felt like I was in my family's house.

We stayed at the house in early May and it is situated in a stunning location amidst the mountains and hills, covered in trees with the fog creating a mesmerizing effect. Being away from the crowds made our stay truly fantastic. Even the rain didn't dampen our experience; in fact, it added to the magic of this foggy green place. The area has beautiful sights, including waterfalls that we hadn't even heard of before, which our host Guguli took us to see. Guguli was an amazing host who made us feel very welcome. Her treats were delicious, and the morning cocoa was a great surprise. She was always quick to respond to our needs. She also gave us a ride back to Batumi, which was also very nice.

A wonderful place to relax in nature! The house is cozy, warm, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The surrounding area is beautiful and well-maintained, and the fact that it's pet-friendly was a huge plus for us. The location is convenient—close to Batumi, yet surrounded by nature, creating a peaceful and secluded atmosphere. A great choice for those looking for comfort and tranquility in harmony with nature.

Great reception, where also the owner is in charge on a daily basis! Perfect view from our private balcony on the Black Sea from 40th floor! The biggest advantage of this accommodation is definitely the location – in a quiet and beautiful area right by the Botanical Garden, with stunning sea views and large terraces where you can sit, enjoy a glass of wine, work, or simply watch the sea. Another great benefit is the restaurant within the complex, which serves excellent breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. It’s perfect especially for Europeans who may find the traditional Georgian cuisine a bit too heavy. As for the apartment itself, the main drawback was the lack of kitchen equipment. The kitchen is spacious – much bigger than what a family of three would actually need – but inside you only find six glasses, plates and a wine opener. If you buy a water-melon, there isn’t even a knife to cut it, and cooking is basically impossible since there are no utensils or pots, even though there is a stove and a dishwasher. Furniture was fine, cleanliness around 98%. Overall, I will definitely come back. For me, staying in the busy center of Batumi doesn’t work well. If you are looking for peace, walks, running, and nature, this is the right place.
