It’s a beautiful family-owned Villa. They were all so helpful and nice. They always had a smile on their face and their recommendations about what to do, when and where were the best. We had an amazing time staying here and we will definitely come back and stay a Roula Villa. There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets nearby and it is so close to Perissa beach.

Our stay was simply fantastic! Everything was perfect, from the location, the accommodation which was very convenient and spotlessly clean, the nice pool! But most importantly the hostess Ms. Nicoleta always willing and with a smile to serve even in English and Italian! I stayed here for 1.5 months and had to work online for half of the time, so I spent a lot of time in and around the room. The internet was extremely fast (could handle long video calls without problems) and the airconditioning worked perfectly. The staff was very polite and the room was cleaned every day. Nice coffee machine (nespresso), and they even brought coffee cups to use. The place is at walking distance from the beach and restaurants, shops and bars, but in a very quiet area. Bed was very comfortable.

Host George was very friendly and he gave us a lot of insight about Santorini. He gave us a room after checkout to stay for couple of hours as our ferry was in the late afternoon. He took care of all our needs and answered our questions in timely manner. Perissa beach was just opposite to the accommodation and my brother enjoyed sleeping on the bed outside which was a wonderful arrangement. George drive us to the port as well for a nominal fee.

This place is incredible. We have had the most comfortable stay here. Location is perfect, you are literally in the middle of everything you need. The villa is gorgeous, lots of space, cleaned every day. The outside space is perfect, lots of sun and shade if you need. Lovely pool that can be adjusted for you temperature wise. The breakfast is wow, fresh and lots of selection. Finally, Argyris the host is lovely, gives you lots of information on arrival and is literally there for you by WhatsApp if you need him. We are very fussy when we come away on holiday and literally do not have a bad word to say about it here, it was perfect, thank you!

The apartment is perfect, it contains all you need for an holiday and is completely clean. There are blankets, towels (also for the beach), dishes, pans, oil, sugar etc. No need to bring anything with you! The owners are really kind, they gave us some local homemade food, picked from the bus stop (around 7 minutes by foot to the house) and also cleaned extra the apartment in the middle of our stay! Beach is only 7 minutes by foot from the house and there is a small market at around 10 minutes. If you want to walk a little bit more (20 minutes) there is a carrefour with more variety of food. You can choose between free beaches or the ones with umbrellas. This second one is costing between 10€ and 20€ per day. Directly along the beach there are a lot of good restaurants and souvenirs shops for a nice walk during the evening. In all the shops, you will find nice and pleasant local persons. Completely recommended for a wonderful holiday in Santorini!
