Fabulous location and lovely comfortable service. Good resort. Staffs are very friendly and polite, Renju, Dipin and Arvind😇 extraordinary services. Good quality of food. Kids enjoyed a lot in their play area. Neat and clean. Staff here are very good and cooperative. House keeping staff really good. They have all the facilities and I strongly recommend to stay for families. Stayed couple of nights in superior suite room. Availed Breakfast , lunch and Dinner plan. Food was good with handful of varieties. The property is located just 27kms from Cumbum and you can have evening and morning walk around the property. The new night was awesome with fun filled events like Firecamp, BBQ, Picnic Area, Children's playing Area, Misty property and the entire night was literally a party night. The food also very good but price is slightly high, But was a decent menu there as well. The pavilion space and the restrooms near to that were at a different level. So tidy the place was beautiful. The ambience was great. I used this trip to treat my parents who are suffering from several health issues and we the children are all living abroad for good. So what I looked was a very comfortable, safe, quiet, clean, spacious, peaceful, home away from home. Now being there for 2 days with my sweet Pappa, Mummy and my cousin and her husband, definitely I can say that I got what I wanted. The owner was so decent and available a call away always even though he lives far for his job purpose. There is a care taker available to support any time and he is so friendly with a big smile always and gives a humble welcoming by saying please enjoy your day in our beautiful property, feel it as your own. Bed and pillows are comfortable and looks like new, bedding supper clean, I was looking for a property with duet rather than blanket due to health and safety concerns as duet covers are washable after each use, he does dry cleaning for all beddings as informed. All supplies were provided without any hesitations. Care taker Sebi is available to bring whatever we needed at any point. We enjoyed the facility and it was a really beautiful Munnar Holiday. The greatest thing about this place that it was not cold as Munnar city as it is a hillside house. The neighbours came to meet us while we were standing on the gate and offered any assistance anytime, showing the good relationship of the owner and the care taker with the neighbours.
