I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely 2BHK house in Panjim, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. The living space was spacious and cozy, making it a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The bathrooms were particularly well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities, and everything was spotless, which made the stay even more comfortable. The AC worked perfectly, keeping the place cool and relaxing, especially after the warm days spent exploring the area. The house had a welcoming atmosphere, and it felt like a true home away from home. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Panjim. Amazing hospitality! The hosts were very kind, accommodating, and communicative. Our stay was fantastic, Menezes house is the best of both worlds. The privacy of a hotel or Airbnb, but the cozy feeling of a homestay. The house is a duplex, so you have your own entryway and living room area as well. Rooms are spacious and clean, with a locking closet you can use for storage! Overall a 10/10 stay. Will be back again.

Perfect choice, everything was clean, with good public access to the Beach center. Very hygenic room and very attentive staff. The apartment is located near Baga Beach (5 minute’s walk). There are several shopping streets in this area as well as restaurants. Unfortunately I could not check in early, but I could leave my luggage at the Reception Counter. If I come to Goa another time, I would like to stay here again and again. The staff behavior is so good and they will treat you as their own guest. Room kept very neat and presentable manner. Appartment is very beautiful and it is looks more than good as shown in the advertisement picture. Thank you so much Casa Margarida I hope we will meet again.

It's a brand new apartment and we were the 1st guest staying at the apartment. It's a well maintained property. The best part was the pool, there were two swimming pools which were accessible to all guests. There is a cafeteria at the property for breakfast. Overall I had a pleasant stay, and would recommend my friends to visit the property.

Tucked away just a few minutes’ walk from the buzz of Calangute’s main street and beach, this property is an absolute gem. Ramona, the host, shared all the necessary information well in advance, making our check-in seamless. On-site, Lucian—the manager—was incredibly accommodating and polite, going out of his way to take care of every request. The property itself is brand new, surrounded by lush greenery, and perfect for relaxing. We especially loved unwinding in the pool each evening before heading out. Highly recommend!
