Nice and clean room very comfortable great location for the northern lights Only downside to our stay was the shared kitchen when the only night we cooked for ourselves there wasn't any clean crockery as the dishwasher was stacked up and hadn't been put on cycle so had to was dishes before we could cook

We had a great time in Black Valley appartment. The location was wonderful, close to all beautiful spots in the Golden Circle. The appartment itself was nice, warm, enough space for a family of four with a good kitchen, table, washing machine and dryer. We had some questions and the owners quickly responded in a very helpful way. It was just perfect and it was a pity to leave after 2 nights. If you have time, there is enough to see and do to stay longer!

Beautiful house tucked away (we chose it as it was in a dark spot and we hoped to see the Northern Lights) but not far to nearest shops. Clean, tidy and felt homely. Comfy beds and sofa beds, good showers. Enjoyed the hot tub. We brought our own breakfast as we knew the house was isolated. We did use tea bags provided. Spent the next morning at the Secret Lagoon which is about 4 minutes away - highly recommended.

Great hospitality by the host. Great view, could see the Northern lights. Clean and comfortable place to stay. Very close to Geysir, Gullfoss and Faxafoss.
