Accommodation was fully equipped with everything one could need. We had a very comfortable stay. All our kids slept in thanks to the roller blinds which made our stay even better. The owner was very friendly and helpful, even in finding and escorting me to a nearby garage to get a flat tyre fixed. Couldn't have wished for more.

First of all - Vera is a super-optimistic, welcome and friendly host. She sent us a short welcome note the first day and 'warned' :) us she spoke no English. We were lucky enough to have Vera also hosting her family for their holidays - and they were coming from London, which we took as advantage in this case;P Other than that, with Vera's willingness to provide any help and seeking for good communication with guests, having in mind translating-apps present all around these days we find the 'warning' being a no-issue at all:) The apartment is so well-fully-equipped and intuitive to use so you end up not needing to ask anything at all, besides guidance for local 'must-see' places around (which we recommend doing by the way). So, the apartment is actually the whole ground floor of a stand-alone house, having a beautiful, well maintained surrounding garden. It has two entries (one from the kitchenette to small Summer table space opening towards the garden and the place where you park your car, 3 bedrooms (one, no, actually two double-bed ones - fresh bed linen inclusive), spacious living room with a big table and corner coach, and the open kitchen. All of that is just READY for anything that you (we) imagine on doing for daily living, even coffee and the traditional moka-pot. The cooking plate is gas/flame while the stove is electric, as well as keettle. All dishes are ready bor cooking, warming, baking and serving, however, you gotta wash them 'by-hand' afterwards;) Vera has a cabinet full of beautiful crystal glasses of all kinds, which you can utilise for evening aperoles and so on. There is mid+ -sized fridge with froster. Bathroom offers a spacious shower and a set of fresh towels. What is rather unique, there are roller blinds in EACH window - no need to worry for the early-morning sun if you don't like that. I probably forgot to mention a half of the house advantages, forgive me.

The appartment (so, no breakfast) is some 10mins outside the nice town of Vittorio Veneto in the foothills of the Dolomites. Perfect to explore sea, mountains and Venice. I think an old barn which has been restored with high quality materials yet keeping the original elements of the building. The airconditiong is very welcome as it can become hot (outside and inside). There is a kitchenette (2 heatingplates) and a fridge. I only needed the fridge. Bathroom was also very well laid out with a good shower. A little patio is there for being outside. I sat there during a thunderstorm, as it has a glass roof. Very special. The lady owner (sry, forgot your name...) is there to show you in and to show you out. No fuss. I was on business and stayed for 2 nights. I found it to be perfect for my needs.
