We reached there around 2.30 pm. They were waiting for us and welcome warmly. The two bed room apartment was nice, clean, comfortable and comes with everything we want. They prepared dinner for us, specially for my daughter without any additional cost. Breakfast was delicious with special foods for my daughter. If we visit Haputhale again, definitely stay at Ceylon Shadow. Highly recommend. Best value for money.

Kale Cottage offers a charming and cozy retreat, beautifully furnished with wood and unique touches like pebbles in the bathroom and a tree growing through the room. An absolutely amazing place! A luxurious, beautifully designed house right in the middle of the jungle. The surroundings are stunning — lots of wildlife around, and monkeys often visit the terrace, which was such a unique experience. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped, with everything you need. There’s a beautiful waterfall nearby where you can swim — highly recommended! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There’s a butler living in the apartment below the house who takes care of everything, and a cook who prepares delicious meals. If you’re looking for peace, nature, and a high standard of comfort, this is the perfect place. Truly unforgettable!
