The House is magnificent and beautifully located on the beach. It's spotless and very comfortable (great slightly more firm pillows and a comfy bed which are big ones for me). The pool is GREAT as is the outside chill area. It's a really beautiful villa. Hasitha, the guy that was there to assist us was great - very helpful and respected out request for privacy. Communication in general was top notch. The view of the sea from the upper level is magnificent.

Super staff and great breakfast. The room was quality, with aircon and a TV. Everything was clean and tidy. Good bathroom, nice garden, parking available for scooter. The guesthouse is close to the beach which is quiet and good for swimming.

I had a really good stay at this villa. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and overall it felt like a great spot for a getaway. By far one of the best homestays I've been to in Sri-Lanka!! There was a perfect balance between your own intimacy yet great hospitality! It was super clean and there's everything you need. Amazing location with an amazing host. The house is a short tuk tuk ride away from all the shops you would need. Even though we checked in late and in the dark (due to power cut),the host was understanding and helpful, so much so he helped us get our necessities out of his own pocket, which we paid back immediately. The rooms are big with comfy beds and clean bedding. This would be our B&B in Colombo always.
