Marcus is an excellent host. The apartment is centrally located, with free parking just a 2 minute walk away. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs, so please take this into consideration. It is very comfortable and cozy, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, TV, high-speed internet, and excellent heating. It is truly very spacious, both the kitchen and the living-bedroom area. Since it's very centrally located, you can easily walk to the city center. I highly recommend it.

What a lovely experience! From the wonderful host to the comfortable house , everything was perfect. Pascale is a lovely host who made sure we had everything we needed in the house. She even offered to pick us up from the train station and let us stay longer on the check out day. The house with three bedrooms has a lovely garden , a terrace and everything necessary to cook, do laundry or just relax. It is located across from a lovely park and 10 minutes from the center of the town with shops and restaurants. Couldn’t ask for a better experience and we will definitely be back.

The owner prepared the accommodation very carefully. The kitchen has a coffee maker with coffee, kettle, a variety of teas, brown sugar, sweetener, microwave...etc. We also found everything we needed in the bathroom. ( towels, hair dryer). The bedroom was quiet and comfortable. There are shops a few minutes' walk from the accommodation, where we can get everything.

I loved the feeling of space and quiescence. The lighting is great. Functional for work, cozy for easing off after, reading lamp by the couch. Although I was there for just one night and didn't use much in the kitchen, it looked like it had everything for a longer stay as well, also when one wants to stay in for dinner: gas cooker, oven, fridge ánd freezer. I love the way Carlien dressed up the place with love and attention to detail.

It felt like a home away from home. I had access to a kitchen and living room in addition to my bedroom and bathroom. I also liked its proximity to the centre and to my workplace for the week. The kitchen and bathroom were very well equipped and the level of privacy was excellent. The house is tastefully decorated with beautiful original artwork on display throughout. I will definitely return to Uit de Kunst.

This place is fantastic, friendly neighbourhood, birds singing, fresh air, free parking. Andrew, the owner is a very nice person. Bathroom is big and clean, in the kitchen you will find everything what you need. Bed is comfortable, windows are big with automated curtain.
