Everything....a glorious boutique hotel in the middle of busy Patong but on a quiet little romantic street. Walk 100 steps and your in the hustle and bustle....FANTASTIC HOTEL.....excellent staff who take such great care of you, from front desk to housekeeping to beverage. Perfect in every way — from the reception staff to the housekeeping team, everyone took excellent care of me. The accommodation is located right in the heart of Patong — just a 1-minute walk to the beach, 2 minutes to the shopping mall, and only a short distance from Patong’s famous Bangla Road. The property offers great privacy, with a tall building that provides beautiful views. Everything is clean, comfortable, and truly worth the price. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it extremely convenient. I must say this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed during my travels. Special thanks to the owner for being so kind and welcoming — I genuinely appreciate it.

The apartment has everything you need in order to feel like it’s home away from home. The bed was very comfortable. There is a decent sized fridge/freezer, and a well equipped kitchen, just as advertised. The owner (Dawn) is very accomodating and quick to offer assistance when need. She also has the Mad Monkey Laundry which is accessible being next door. Within the complex there is the Palm Tree Massage and Motorbike rentals also. There is also a Nail salon and Hair salon on site.

The apartment exceeded my expectations. The host was friendly and happy to assist with anything I needed. The room was well appointed, towels, toiletries, and well stocked kitchenette. The apartment is in a great location, 5 min walk to the beach and local bars. There are two very good value restaurants on the ground floor of the building which I used for most of my two week stay! And there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. I will definitely stay here again when I am next in Patong.

The villa is absolutely perfect. We loved everything we found: facilities, staff, location. Although it's not in the central area, you can get there on foot with a brisk walk, or you can go by tuk tuk or bolt which costs very little I would definitely stay here again!
