Great location - half way between the bus station and the old town. You are downhill from the old town - which means an easy downhill walk home after exploring.

In the old part of town and easy to walk to most everything. The best part was the guesthouse family. They made me feel like ‘family’ from the very first moment. Nothing was too much for them. I arrived and Joana’s father parked my car. Her mom had a traditional lunch waiting for me, since I had not eaten since early morning. My room was very spacious, bright and very clean. Decorated in traditional way. Outside my room was a shared kitchen, plus a frig with beer, soda, etc for purchase. The upper terrace with a view of the castle could be used at anytime. Breakfast was served viewing the castle. To ease my anxiety on how to find my way back to the highway Joana had a father & mother do a video. Piece of cake!
