There is a separate living area with a couch large enough to sleep on (we did), and the decor is very cool, like Old Victorian. Great (and fast) hot water and pressure in the shower, and the bed was comfortable. We asked to keep our luggage in the unit a few extra hours, which they allowed, and they were nice to deal with on WhatsApp. GREAT view out the back of a large magnolia tree.
