The host is very nice and helpful. We were able to immediately collect the keys upon arrival and turn them in for departure. (for those using a navigation app to get here, know that access to the building is via the main road, not the side roads that the app most likely points to)

There are 3 chairs in the dinning table and two on the balcony. Worth the money! We will come back for 3 time, I'm sure!
