Every room is equipped with a kettle and a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries, while selected rooms have a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher. We cannot rate this hotel highly enough. It may be the best place we have ever stayed. The attention to detail is incredible. The room, location and views are stunning. Fire ready to be lit in the room. Kettle in the room with an abundance of tea and coffee. Hot water and good water pressure in the shower. The bed was super comfortable and warm. Plenty of plugs for charging cameras etc. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Helped us to our room with our bags and supported us with any issues we had. On site they have alpacas and you can feed them. A great experience with the beautiful bay as a backdrop. My wife felt sick from the altitude, Martin helped her with oxygen, offered more food and drinks. Even offered us a suite to rest in free of charge whilst we waited for our bus. Again, I can't recommend this place enough. It's a must visit if you're in Copacabana. Thanks for having us.
