It turns out that the spectacular view is surpassed by the incredible service. Katiusca was amazing! We felt so welcomed and so grateful for all the extra things she did for us. She organised my favourite wine and aperitivo for a romantic evening. We used their brand new e-bikes to visit the town easily. Katiusca brought us some special cake cooked by her mother for Swiss National Day and invited us to join a local celebration. Everything was perfect and I just didn’t want to leave, I felt like I had found a new friend! The whole experience was wonderful. I don’t often leave reviews but this was so well deserved. Thank you. Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. We stayed in this 1 bedroom plus living room plus kitchen. It was huge with great ceiling height. The owner gentleman was very accommodative. The beds were comfortable with extra pillows, mattresses etc. the kitchen was also stocked up with essentials to use. Washing machine worked perfectly. It has a portable wifi as well which u can take along when u go out. The location is amazing right at the city centre. To drop bags for 800 metres from Bellini’s train station was cumbersome because of cobbled street. Migros and coop were 200-300 metres. The property had so many books to read and toys to play with.

Everything was great, the view was outstanding and the house is a mix of a very typical Alpe chalet with lots of great details of art. We really enjoyed our stay, Ele was incredibly helpful and responsive all the time, providing tips and supporting us to feel at home.
