There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The apartment has family rooms. The place was great! Spotless clean! The location was 12 out of 10! You just can't get a better location in Larnaca! Walking distance to the main bus stop and the beach where everything is happening. The commination with the host was great! The response time was an immediate - thank you for that! Clear and thorough instructions - we had no issues with the check-in/check-out process. Even though we had our own adapters for the electricity, there wereplenty of converters left in the kitchen which was a nice perk. We would definitely book the same place of in town.

We had everything we needed in order to feel like home. Spacious apartment, very nice building, good area at 5 mins away from the main attractions. Easy with parking place and accessible from the airport and to the highway - in order not to be stuck in traffic. Although the roadworks are ongoing, they didn't bother our stay at all.

The owner was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout my stay. The apartment is conveniently located, only about a 10-minute walk from Larnaka Marina bus station, and is easily accessible. It was very clean, well-equipped, and included a lovely small balcony. Additionally, the rooftop on the second floor offered a beautiful view. I was fully satisfied with my stay and would gladly return in the future.

I would like to thank the owner so so much for his kindness, attentiveness and total availability. I finally arrived with my little daughter and we had some special requests due to her joining (all the way from the pre-arrival communication and up to our leaving) and owner showed so much care and good heart that we are so grateful for that. The suite itself was fabulous! Spotless clean, well organised and had everything needed for a lovely and comfortable stay. I would surely highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great value for his/her money🤗🙏

Situated in Voroklini and only 2.5 km from Voroklini Beach, LIV & CO Suites & Villas features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. This recently renovated aparthotel is located 7.8 km from Europe Square and 8 km from Larnaca Marina. The aparthotel has a rooftop pool with a pool bar, as well as spa facilities and a 24-hour front desk. I stayed at LiV & Co for the second time, and once again I was warmly welcomed from the very first moment. The team is incredibly kind and made me feel completely at home. Everything was perfect, and I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. It’s such a lovely place that I can’t wait to return again. Highly recommended!
