Great property close to the old town and 8 minutes walk to intercity bus station. Check in instructions prior to our stay were clear and directions made it super easy to find. Host was very responsive and polite, would definitely recommend.

The apartment was extremely spacious (high ceiling was an overlooked "bonus") and tidy. The area is indeed still under construction, but since I was away for most of the day, I wasn't bothered by it, as the evenings were calm and quiet, apart from the cicada noises. Another big bonus for me was the kitchen, as it had almost everything to cook a nice meal.

The apartment we stayed in was very spacious and it had a wonderful view with a big terrace. The Room had everything you need: full kitchen equipment (even salt and sugar), tv, air conditioned rooms, baby cot. It is really calm, a good place to relax. The pool was really nice and a bar near the pool if you need any drinks. The owners were really friendly and helpful. Really recommend for quiet and calm holidays. A good place if you have a car.
It is a beautiful apartment with all the amenities anyone might need. Comfortable bed, equipped kitchen, plenty of towels (even extra for the pool!), satellite TV, fast Internet. Very good proximity to Coral Bay and even more wonderful beaches in the area. Close to restaurants and supermarkets. Quiet and relaxing place, great value for money! Thank you Lucia, we will definitely come back on our next holidays in Cyprus!

Super clean, location is perfect in Ayia Napa downtown, in a quiet area, although only a few minutes walk from the main bar/restaurant area.
Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything I needed.
I'd recommend it as a budget option and stay there again.
I found the location to be perfect, just a 5-minute (by car) to Latchi Beach. The flat is bright and clean, and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking.
For a week in August this was great value !! Pool was lovely kitchen good location ok yes you need a car but most villas you do 1.6km to restaurants and bakery Supermarket the same all in all a good all round value villa

Nice small house with veranda at the front and back. Lovely for morning coffee and evening drink. Small kitchen, very well equipped, including mixer for frappe and espresso machine. Complimentary coffee provided too. We also had water and fruits in the fridge.
All rooms airconditioned.
We would love to go back.
