The location is great—just a short walk to the beach, which the hotel offers free access, and it's conveniently near the main tourist street. The rooftop provides stunning views of the Red Sea. There are several great restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were exceptional, particularly Taha, who went above and beyond to enhance our stay. He provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and local attractions via Whatsapp even before we checked in. The tours he offered were reasonably priced. Before our departure, he helped us communicate with our Indrive driver through multiple calls, which we truly appreciated. We are incredibly grateful for Taha’s outstanding service and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed at this hotel for just one night with our family of six. We were provided with two apartments, which were very clean and tidy. The location is very convenient, just a short drive from the airport. The rooms were quiet, and the air conditioners worked perfectly. The hotel manager welcomed us upon arrival, and the check-in instructions were very clear. Since we left the next morning, we didn’t spend much time at the hotel, but everything was excellent. We really enjoyed our short stay.

The staff and facilities are the best. Mr Wagdy and Ammar are the best. There is also new staff compared to next year, new chef Ibrahim but he works as hard as the rest, the 2 Mustafa's and some Mohammed's which have a different extra name name, also Ziad from reception and the cleaners Ali and Machmut. The swimming pool is clean and enough beds. Room is clean, I had one with warmed swimming pool. It is nice to go for a walk into town 45 mins or go by Tuk Tuk 10 mins. There is an Apotheke in house if needed. It was my second time and I will come back
