The rooms at the Cecilia Hostel are simply furnished and have wooden flooring, air conditioning, ironing facilities and a mosquito net. Some rooms have a private bathroom. It's hard to imagine a better location in Cairo. Nice, familial atmosphere in what could serve equally well as a backpacker hostel and a family hotel. Both foreigners and Egyptians stay here, which makes for a nice mix. Good value, nice buffet breakfast.

The Atouta Villa is located in a really pleasant and safe área. The apartment itself is very comfortable and 3 minutes from restaurants and coffeeshops. Perfect for a família as rhe kids can simply walk outside and no one bothers them. I found the shop atendants polite and it is really easy to get a UBER. The apartment is comfortable, the kitchen is modern, the shower is great. Money well spent. The accommodation is even better than the pictures and the standard is high. A few days later we went back to Cairo and we stayed at another Lemon property.
