At the tail end of a 3 week stay in Egypt we decided last minute to visit Tunis. It was high season there (December) and all of the top-rated hotels were completely booked. We stumbled upon this listing and are so glad we did! Everything was wonderful. The home was quaint and comfortable with excellent views of the lake. It's very well kept, clean, and everything works as it should.The house keeper, Ahmed was very friendly and eager to helpl. Gamal (the owner) was easy to contact and had us setup with last minute excursions. The whole family had a blast. Our short stay in Tunis was so much fun, there's so much to do and see. We plan to be back, and will book Sunhouse again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. The accommodation is large, clean and well furnished. The view was amazing from the patio. The complex does not have any facilities open but it is a short tuk tuk ride to a couple of villages. The swimming pool is just lovely. Absolutely noone else around it. So peaceful and clean. The gardens are lovely so we'll kept for an almost empty complex. It would appear the the apartments are let out by private owners where as the rest of the complex is under renovation. No noise heard at all.
