Nice living room/kitchen area with a big fireplace. The upstairs offers some privacy for others if needed and balcony was a super nice and cosy place to relax. The always ready sauna is also big enough for the whole family and it's safe to use! The location is very good if you want to explore the eastern Lapland area. To move around the region you need a car although there is some public transportation. The hosts Pekka and Pauliina were there to show how everything works and they were super friendly. Would definitely recommend this place if you have a bigger family or group and you want to explore this part of Lapland!

The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with everything feeling fresh and modern. It was nice that all the interiors and facilities seemed new, even though the building itself is older. Overall, a cozy and convenient place to stay – I’d definitely recommend it if you’re visiting Kemijärvi.
