The staff was excellent from Dylan and Abby in Sales to the team at reception and the housekeeping staff. All were just so so helpful and so nice and accommodating. Special mention to Dylan who supported my request for an extension and gave me daily updates! I truly appreciated that. Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend staying here and would book it again when I go back to Manchester.

The area felt safe and secure. I wish we could’ve spent more days there and will definitely be coming back! It is genuinely my favorite place i have ever stayed at.

Was a pleasant surprise to find milk in fridge and a few breakfast items for the first morning. Very convenient to airport and city transportation is also close by.

At the apartment complex, all units have bed linen and towels. The property itself is gorgeous. We stayed in Hearth and the apartment was spotless and the aesthetic was chosen well. Hearth had everything we needed from an air fryer to robes and flip flops! The site itself is also well equipped with hot tubs and beauty treatments available. The hot tubs are individual with Bluetooth speakers and are overlooking the stream - a lovely extra touch.
