Loved staying in this cosy shepherd’s hut. Host was very welcoming. Dogs were gorgeous! It was so peaceful and looking out onto the fields was just magic. Rain on the tin roof one evening was magic too. Facilities all great and was within 25 minutes drive of Holy Island which was main reason for staying in the area. Highly recommend it !

Loved the Weights and Measures Office, certainly felt at home there, really comfortable and great location. The accommodation is high spec, comfortable and really cosy. Location is perfect for exploring Berwick-upon-Tweed and surrounding area. Great pubs, bars and restaurants in the town are all within easy walking distance, and the town walls are literally on the doorstep! information from Sarah was really clear and helpful too.

Excellent location with a nice Sunday roast next door and the market just around the corner. You could see the bus station from the window if you are relying on public transport. Lovely walks around town. Great little bakery across the street. No parking provided, but there is 2 hour parking right in front (buy a disc for 1 pound at the shops) or a free 24 hour long term parking across from the Morrison grocery store. We just stayed in the long term lot and walked the 4 minutes over to the apartment. It was a nice home base to come back to after a day out. The king bed was comfortable with enough room for my husband and I. My daughter loved the teacup lamp in the kids room. The kids liked the games, toys, and paper pad and pens.

It was very clean and very comfortable. The location of the house was very quiet, but the next village was only about 3 minutes away. The personal service was unbeatable: at my request, fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries) was provided for breakfast, and every day there were freshly baked treats for tea in the room. The room was beautiful. The beds were very soft and comfortable.
