I hesitated before booking because there weren’t many reviews, but in the end I had no regrets, the room was very spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. Everything was neat and tastefully designed. It’s located in a quiet area, about 10–15 minutes from the center.

The property is non-smoking and is set 1 km from Agioi Anargyroi Beach. We stayed 5 nights. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient. It is a 5 min walk to bus stop and 10 min ealk to the city center of Noussa. There are cafes and pastries and markets nearby. The landlords Sara&Matias were a nice couple. They were super freindly and kind and helped us reserve good beaches and restaurants.

She went above and beyond by recommending great local restaurants, assisting with our car rental, and even surprising us with a cake to celebrate our wedding anniversary — such a thoughtful gesture! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

The highlight of our stay here is George, he was great at helping us get settled in and gave us pointers on things to see and do around the island. We loved the view from the property and also liked that it was not in town but still very close (15 min ride by ATV into naoussa) to towns and kolymbithres beach was also only 15 min away by ATV from the property. So it was great location for us to go out a lot but also come back to a peaceful place. The breakfast was also lovely! Again very much enjoyed our stay and ofcourse George’s help! Highly highly recommend a stay here!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at one of the villas at T7, and I cannot praise our host, Gregory, enough for his incredible hospitality and assistance. From the moment we encountered car issues on our way to the property, Gregory went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort. Our car got stuck in sand and mud, and despite the challenging situation, Gregory stayed with us the entire time. He even helped translate our situation to the car rental agency, but unfortunately, they abandoned us. Gregory didn't hesitate to risk getting his own car stuck to tow us out. His dedication and willingness to help were truly remarkable and made a stressful situation much more manageable. The villa itself was stunning, with all the amenities we could have asked for. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. We noticed the love, care, and attention in every detail of the space. The finishings, appliances, and furniture were all high quality, making it obvious that Gregory wanted to create villas he would be proud to live in. In fact, he did live in one of the villas and was our neighbor, which made him always available for any assistance we needed. Throughout our stay, Gregory's exceptional service continued. He was always available to answer any questions and provide recommendations for local attractions and dining options. We particularly loved all the restaurant recommendations he gave, which added to our overall experience. I highly recommend this collection of villas to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free vacation. Gregory's dedication to his guests sets this property apart, and I am incredibly grateful for his assistance and hospitality. We will definitely be returning for another stay in the future!

The host was incredibly helpful, generously providing us with any information we needed and calling taxis for us to get around. Something to note is that it is easiest to get around by either renting a car or moped because the streets are a bit busy to walk.
