The views from the bar/restaurant were amazing. Severity and Demetri went out of their way helping us with any questions and logistics for ferries, taxis and rental cars. The room was spacious and clean. A great place to stay in Skiathos!

At ATHANASIA APARTMENTS rooms are fitted with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The location is excellent — close to the city center, both the new and old ports, and within walking distance of the bus station for the beaches and supermarkets. The room is the right size for two people, and the bed is very comfortable. The kitchenette includes the basic utensils needed to prepare your own breakfast (no frying pan or microwave). There’s also a nearby coffee shop that sells amazing spinach pies — a perfect addition to your morning meal. Air-conditioning is available, though we didn’t need to use it. Each unit has a terrace with chairs and a table (all are on the ground floor), ideal if you enjoy watching — and being watched by — people passing by (we didn't use it either).

From the very beginning of the reservation, Natassa was there for us. She won us over with her incredibly warm attitude, which was reflected in real actions—for example, our flight arrived early, and she welcomed us right away. She treated us with homemade jams, made by herself, along with wine, fruits, and she even baked an amazing cake (and shared the recipe). Our entire stay and planned activities were made possible thanks to her! The apartment smells wonderful, is spotlessly clean, and has comfortable beds and pillows. The design is new and modern. There’s a coffee machine with fresh capsules provided every day. There’s also a public parking area nearby. We would gladly return. A thousand thanks to Natassa! Highly recommended!

If you prefer to cook in the comfort of your own place, you can make use of the kitchenette facilities, which include a fridge, a stovetop and kitchenware. We liked the location- close to the centre and few seconds to the bus stop and supermarket. Dimitrious is very nice, you really feel welcomed.

Really nice and comfortable studio with a porch in the garden, big terrace in the back garden, comfortable beds, cleaning every day. the nearest restaurant Under the pine trees is highly recommended. the portions are huge and everything we tried was really tasty. there’s a supermarket next to the studio, which offers fresh bakery and different types of coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. you can have the perfect breakfast from the supermarket and have it on the balcony with the garden view. it’s real heaven :) We’ll definitely come back :)

Our stay at Golden Evelyn was absolutely perfect! This is a lovely, family-run property where you can truly feel the care and hospitality. Christos, the host, and his wife Vaso were fantastic — very friendly, always pleasant, and ready to help with anything we needed. The location is ideal: right on the main road in Agia Paraskevi, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The area itself is very nice, with great tavernas, several supermarkets, and a bus stop nearby — making it easy to explore the entire island. It’s also perfectly positioned if you plan to visit other beaches. The apartments are spotless — cleaned every day, airy, bright, and very comfortable. Towels and sheets were changed every other day. The bed is large and very comfy. All linens and towels were brand new, and the kitchen and bathroom equipment were modern and in excellent condition. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. We had an amazing time and would 100% recommend Golden Evelyn to anyone visiting Skiathos. We will definitely return!
