We liked the location a lot of the apartment, it is close to the city center but quiet. It has everything you would need even a small kitchen.
We loved the availability of seats to put outside ☺️

Excellent location just metres from restaurants and a choice of beaches. Spotlessly clean with modern bathroom and kitchen. Spacious with 3 different seating areas including balcony with stunning views over the harbour. Lovely warm welcome from the hosts Roberta and Mario who went above and beyond to welcome us and make our stay special. Do not hesitate to book- everything was perfect!

House Gorica is the best accommodation in Croatia on our two weeks holiday. In the heart of Sibenik. Lovely terrace where we had our breakfast, modern apartment with all the equipment, I was very grateful to use kitchenette. Andrija was very helpful to us. Was a great stay in Sibenik. We truly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you.

The location was ideal, situated just outside the central town, offering a peaceful setting and a very pretty building. As a solo traveler, I found the extra beds unnecessary, but they would be perfect for families or friends traveling together. The air conditioning and well-equipped kitchen made my stay even more comfortable, and the host was very helpful.

Hosts make us feel welcomed and they were very friendly. On a really hot day swimming pool was the best thing ever and if that wasn't enough air conditioning did the job.Kitchen was well equipped and breakfast on the terrace was amazing with breathtaking views.

The apartment is simply perfect. The view is stunning with sunset over the bay and islands. You have everything you need - dishwasher, real coffee maker, washing machine, games to play, big tv, even professional gas grill on the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped - oven, microwave, dishes, pots, wine glasses ect.Perta and Jakob are great hosts and thought about everything. We got beer, juices, snacks and sweets as warm welcome. It is right opposite the fortress anld old town, close to beach - all walkable distance

It was the best apartment I have even been.
Two big rooms and big kitchen and living room.
Television with cables. Watching machine and driver.
Dishwasher.
Very clean apparent.
The design was high quality.
The apartment in the middle of the old beautiful city, near good pizza and lots of restaurants.
The host was very helpful and very kind.

Nice apartment with two bedrooms, living room and well equipped kitchen. Two toilets are great for 4people too. Air conditioning and big TV, what else do you need :)

The apartment was very clean and the kitchen well equipped with everything a family needs for a holiday. The host family welcomed us warmly with a snack in the fridge. The atmosphere was very hospitable. The large balcony offers enough space for meals and relaxing. The location of the apartment is about 10-15 minutes walk from the center and beach of Pirovac and is ideal for anyone looking for peace and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back again.
