At the homestay, each unit includes bed linen and towels. we had such a wonderful experience staying here! everything was perfect and we had everything we needed. we were welcomed with a healthy dragon fruit-banana-pineapple smoothie that was super yum! the room was cozy, the bed was comfy, and we even had a hot shower and a hair dryer, such a bonus! breakfast was absolutely lovely! eggy makes the best pancakes, and ika’s cooking was so good too! 😋 saas was there the whole time making sure we had everything we needed. we also did a rice field walk with a beautiful view of mt. rinjani and got to see local farmers at work. it made us so happy to witness that side of village life. they truly treated us like family, and we felt comfortable the whole time. extremely grateful to have met such wonderful people 💛

You can rustle up your own meal in the kitchen before eating in the private dining area, and Lasai Villas also has a snack bar. New, spacious, beautiful villas just a 3 minute walk from the beach. We originally had booked another hotel on Gili Air, but after one night decided to change due to noise from construction and rusty water filling the bath. Ari and his team welcomed us and had our villa ready within 30 minutes of booking. When staying on remote islands with limited infrastructure, I have found you typically have to temper expectations just a little, but this was not the case at Lasai. We were in villa 1, an absolutely beautiful room with cold AC, sparkling pool, soft and comfortable mattress, and plenty of hot water for a nice relaxing bath. The photos on the website don’t do it justice! Very well insulated so you can’t hear the Muslim prayers at 0400, and light blocking shades ensured a restful sleep. Daily breakfast was served in the villa and a filtered water cooler made our stay extra comfortable, and the mini bar had great wine and other soft drinks. No request was too much trouble and they always replied quickly via WhatsApp. Another review mentioned the ‘delicate’ robes. I wore the robe daily, it was SO comfy and soft, and very well made. This place will forever be our go-to on Gili Air!

The vila is spacious, nicely designed, the indoor swimming pool is kids’ favourite, and they do provide swimming towel everyday. The most value-added is the free scooters they offered between Kuta Main Street and vila, they always response very promptly! The vila is also fully kitchen- equipped, if you just want some families time in a relax vibe, you may shop at nearby fresh market and make you own dinners! We did that twice and kids just love the simple home-cooked so much.

Plunge pool was great and location was good to access the beach, local restaurants and bars etc. filtered water machine in the kitchen was a bonus too. Really no complaints at all - would return!

The family is so nice, the place is clean, they offer also additional services and are there for you whenever you need them. Location right at the main street but quite as in the back yard. Still you have a shop next doir and plenty restaurants. Don't avoid the sushi place on the other side of the road. Surprisingly yummy.

Nicer than our usual go to accommodation while traveling. However it was a much needed quiet space after sleepless nights at loud Tetebutu. This was the perfect rest stop and ultra comfortable. Great food around the area via bicycle. Highly recommended.

It was a beautiful romantic stay for us, something about the salt air, the sand between your toes and a glass of wine with your loved one as you look at to the ocean that is hard to put in to words. We will be recommending this amazing cottage to all our friends and we hope to return again in the next 12 months.
