The owner was very efficient, friendly, amicable and accommodative of all our requests, including taxi arrangements and local sightseeing plans. * The rooms (2 that we stayed in) were of a good size -- can easily fit a family of 2 adults+2 children. * All the furnishings in the room were very high quality, esp. the tiles in the rooms and the bathroom. * On one side, the rooms get a view of the airport runway and the hills beyond; the other side rooms get a typical tropical island hill view. * They provide home-made food -- breakfast is always provided; lunch and dinner given upon request. Our request for vegetarian food was happily entertained. The food was excellent -- we had idli, dosa, poori, roti, sambar, chutney, dal, tea/coffee, etc. * It is in a quiet neighbourhood away from the noisy tourist hotels which line the main road from the airport; one can walk down hill to the nearby Siddhi Vinayakar temple (if interested). There are a few small shops and bakery nearby for fresh fruits, bread, snacks, etc. * The staff whom we met were also very friendly and helpful.

Towels were provided for all people. Hot water shower and bucket is there. Peaceful surroundings walking distance to south point marina. Owner is very soft spoken and always willing to help. Breakfast was arranged early as we requested because we had to take morning flight.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the island. A special mention to the host, Amitabh, and his mom for their genuinely warm and attentive care. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, were always available when needed, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. Their hospitality is a big reason this place stands out. The overall experience was smooth and hassle-free, with a calm and welcoming atmosphere throughout. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return. Highly recommended for families visiting Havelock.

We stayed there for 2 days during the Holi festival. They welcomed us with sweet gestures, applying colors and offering sweets, which was a lovely display of Indian culture. The location is very close to the airport. The hospitality was excellent, and the room was neat and clean. Overall, I would rate it 9/10.
