We were tensed about the safety after all those issues happened at wayanad, but for my surprise, the main attractive places of wayanad, which we have visited were functioning at the peak, and safer as earlier too. I really enjoyed the stay at puzhayoram home stay, with my kids and parents. We really enjoyed breakfast provided, ie idiyappam and veg. Korma which was infact, yum and healthy. They did not forget to pack some of their happiness in the form of small home grown spice packets, which really touched our heart. The climate, that small river near by, with all its beauty especially in the dusk and down really gave us such a homely feeling, as they say... A home away from your home... When we told them that they were rude and dropped the line! After another 15 minutes of trying, we decided to find some other place to stay.

I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mananthavady or the surrounding areas. It’s just about 30 minutes away from both Banasura Hill and Brahmagiri Hill—great spots if you're into trekking or nature activities. Plus, being centrally located in town means everything you need is close by and easy to access.
