Excellent location, host and property management/caretaker. We stayed here for 3 weeks during July 2024 and enjoyed our stay. We will recommend to any friends and will definitely plan to stay here again during our next stay.

The employees were always re ady to respond to my requests, especially when I needed to call a taxi. The property is close to groceries and to Manipal university campus.

We stayed here one night on the way to somewhere else. Everything was just wonderful. Clean and comfortable apartment and a very good location. The owner Mr. Harish and his son were very amicable and helpful. I would love to go back and stay there for a longer time.
