Even though the apartment is not cleaned/serviced during your stay, it is easy to maintain but bathroom is serviced- which was most important for us.

All apartments at Charming Venice come with elegant Venetian furnishings and décor, they include a microwave, TV and kettle. Some apartments have a small terrace with views of the canal or city. Bed linen and towels are provided. This is lovely, large, two bed and two bath condo with a view of the canal from every room. The master bedroom has a small balcony with two metal chairs so you can sit and watch the gondolas go by. Watching them with a cup of coffee was my favorite morning activity. Intermittently waking up to the songs sung/music played by musicians on the gondolas was lovely. The appliances are in great condition and toiletries are provided. The apartments are hosted in conjunction with Hotel Bruno and their service is impeccable. We were taken care of two gentleman named Stefano most of the time but the team works together and are all wonder. They provided clear directions to Hotel Bruno from the rialto ferry point. We checked in with them over a welcome juice and they walked us to our apartment m, helping with our bags. They booked our gondola ride and walked us to the pick up point to catch it. They booked our private water taxi and helped take our bags to its arrival point on the day of departure.

Perfect location in the center of the old town, very big rooms, perfectly decorated and friendly staff helping us during our stay!!

All the apartments are with flat TV and satellite channels, well equipped kitchens with either garden or private balcony/terrace. Within the area there are a beach volley and a beach soccer court, a small grass soccer field. The apartment was very spacious and very well-equipped.
